Help clients to understand the dynamics of a program in order to prioritize improvement efforts by understanding stake-holder interests, gate keeper decision-making processes, end-user experiences and alternative or competitive solutions
SATISFACTION & loyalty
Guide clients on how to keep the pulse on satisfaction and loyalty and end with an approach that keeps data collection manageable, efficient and actionable (using a multi-phased approach, smart sampling plans, an appropriate frequency of data collection and measures customized for the industry, client and study goals)
